THANKS FOR SHOPPING WITH BANJOLIT!

Your privacy is important and we using your contact details only for shipping your goods. We will send on your email address our special Newsletter which will be sent to through MailChimp, which is an established mailing application where your email details are secure (You may unsubscribe to it at any time). We do not share your addresses with any other company, organization or individual. IF YOU PROCEED THE ORDER, YOU ARE AGREED WITH THIS AND BELOW TERMS!

We appreciate your business, but please keep in mind that we are not responsible for: 

      • We will ship our products to the address you give us. We have no way of knowing what your actual address is or if you did some mistyping in your shipping address!
      • We engrave on our products (banjo trainer etc.) what you type. Please check if you not did any misspelling (believe us it happens) in your own name or someone else’s name for engraving.
      • In general you giving us the wrong information of any kind. We don’t have any way of knowing it is the wrong information. If you are having trouble ordering or you make any mistake in order, please contact us immediately and we will fix it together.

International Buyers:

      • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering from Banjolit.

We will not mark our shipments as “gifts” or misrepresent the value of the items you have purchased in any way.

Dr. Arm: Product images of Dr. Arm armrests are only intended as a sample of how the armrest can look. Small variations of the wood and color on your product may differ from the image.

SHIPPING

We ship your orders with Czech Post and International Registered Mail for delivery by the postal operator in your country. Once sent we will notify you by email with a tracking number which you can check the progress with your on the website of your local postal operator or go on https://www.postaonline.cz/en/trackandtrace.

US customers can check more detailed informations about shipping progress on https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input.

Priority shipping normally takes about 10 business days worldwide. Occasionally we have experienced a delay of up to four weeks while your order awaits Customs clearance in your country. If your orders has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us and we will do our best to find the package, fix the problem and keep you updated.

CANCELING ORDER

We can only cancel your order prior to shipping. If you do not want the order after it has been shipped then you must refuse delivery from your side (we are not able do that from our side) and your postal operator will send the package back to us. After we receive this refused package we will inform you and you can choose another product or request a refund of your money which we will return within 3 business days. This process is only for packages which are not opened and returned immediately by the postage operator.

RETURN POLICY

Banjolit products undergo rigorous quality control before they are sent to our customers. Once your product is ordered, you got receipt email from our store. Please check your order and deliver to make sure it is correct. We only accept returns if your product was damaged during shipping and you have to send the product back to us. Please check the package for damage on delivery with the post operator. If it is not acceptable to you then your post operator might send the package back on their costs. Your money will be refunded to you no more than 3 business days after we receive your returned product or we will be ready to send you another product. Also you have 14 days to try out your new Banjolit product and if you are not satisfied, please contact us so we can help you get the most from your Banjolit innovation. If your product needs modification, you will need to send it back to us. We will modify it to your liking or refund your money within three business days.

DATA PROTECTION POLICY

Personal data is collected used and stored is a safe and secure manner. When you create an account on our website, we ask you for your username, password and email address. We use your information to create an account so you can sign in and make an your orders much easier and faster (You may ask for deleting your account at any time). Your data is stored and processed in our cloud-based website and database systems. We do not share your addresses and personal data with any other company, organization or individual. Your personal data is only used for shipping your goods (if you make an order) and direct communication with you via email or MailChimp (Newsletter) which is an established mailing application where your email details are secure (You may unsubscribe to it at any time).
