After proceeding order, your e-mail address is saved in our newsletter database managed via MailChimp (established e-mail service provider). Occasionally you may receive our special Banjolit Newsletter. You may unsubscribe to it at any time.
We ship your orders with DHL or Slovak Post. Once we sent your order, we will e-mail you a tracking number so you can follow the trace of the package on the website of DHL or Slovak Post.
Priority shipping with DHL usually takes about 3 business days worldwide. Priority shipping with Slovak Post usually takes about 10 business days worldwide. Due to the present pandemic situation, a delay may occur. Occasionally we have experienced a delay via Postal Services of up to 4 weeks while your order awaits customs clearance in your country.
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us. We will do our best to find the package, fix the problem, and keep you updated.
We can only cancel your order prior to shipping. If you change your mind once your order has been shipped, you have to refuse the delivery on your side. We are not able to do that from our side. Your postal operator will send the package back to us.
After we receive this package we will inform you and you can choose another product or request a money refund. Usually, the refund shows on your account within 3 business days. This process only applies to packages that are not opened and returned immediately by the postage operator.
Banjolit products undergo rigorous quality control before they are sent to our customers. Once your product is ordered, you got a receipt email from our store. Please check your order and deliver to make sure it is correct.
Please check for damage at the time of delivery. if there is damage then do not accept delivery from the courier who will return it to us.
You have 14 days to try our product and if it needs any modifications or changes then contacts us. If it needs to be returned we will modify it and send it back or will give you refund.
Returns should be sent in the original box with the original label with tracking number visible, and marked “RETURN TO SENDER / VRÁTENIE TOVARU”. Without this the product will incur and additional tax when we receive it. Any tax cost will be deducted from your refund if appropriate
Personal data is collected, used, and stored safely and securely. When you create an account on our website, we ask you for your username, password, and email address and as a part of the ordering process, we will ask for a shipping address. We use your information to create an account where you can sign in and make your orders much easier and faster. You may ask for deleting your account at any time.
Your personal data is only used for shipping your goods (if you make an order) and direct communication with you via email or newsletter service provider MailChimp.
Your data is stored and processed in our cloud-based website and database systems. We do not share your addresses and personal data with any other company, organization, or individual.
