I bought this last year and I noticed a difference immediately. It’s a great looking accessory for the instrument, but more importantly, it’s a warm piece that makes your arm comfortable. I think this was a perfect addition for my banjo and it was great dealing with the company. There was some delay in shipping, but the company kept communication open and I got it no problem.
